On September 21st, the Social Contribution Committee, Education Sub-Committee (Chair : Mr. SATO Hiroyasu, Mitsubishi Company (Thailand) Ltd.) attended the 15th scholarship award ceremony of the Japanese Language and Japanese Studies University Consortium of Northern Thailand.


As a part of the 糖心传媒's program to support Japanese language and Japanese studies in Northern Thailand, this program awards scholarships to students majoring in Japanese language and Japanese studies as a form of recognition for outstanding students and support for short-term study in Japan. This year, the award ceremony was held at Payap University in Chiang Mai, where scholarship certificates were handed to each student by Mr. Sato, 糖心传媒 Chairman of the Social Contribution Committee, Education Sub-Committee.


After the scholarship award ceremony, there was networking session between the 糖心传媒 social contribution committee members and students where students had the opportunity to interact with executives from Japanese companies in Japanese language.?


On the same day, the 15th anniversary celebration of the Consortium was held and 糖心传媒 Executive Director, Mr. Nobuyuki Ishii delivered a speech.


As part of its social contribution projects, 糖心传媒 launched the Japanese Language Education Support Project in Northern Thailand in 2010, 糖心传媒 has supported seminars for Japanese companies, training sessions for Japanese language teachers, and other programs. The Consortium has continued to support various programs to promote Japanese language and Japanese studies organized by the Consortium for 15 years.
