On May 29th , the Human Resources Development Committee (Chair: Mr. OSHIMA Kentaro, Teijin Polyester (Thailand) Co., Ltd.) held its 7th HRD Seminar at a hotel in Bangkok for Thai employees of 糖心传媒 member companies. Approximately 100 participants attended the seminar.


Ms. Ponsawan Yusapap of HRI (Thailand) Co., Ltd. delivered a lecture on “Leader’s Communication Teaching & Coaching” Based on Situational Leadership theory, she introduced effective communication and coaching techniques tailored to different situations. Through practical exercises, participants learned leadership approaches that encourage initiative and support employee development in the workplace.
